Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Processing and Delivery Time Frames

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of order.

 

As an estimated guide, allow up to 3 business days for orders shipped within Victoria. All other states allow up to 7 business days.

 

We will contact you if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipment Locations

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia.

 

Shipping Rates

Standard tracked shipping is FREE for all orders over $89. For orders below $89 the shipping fee is a flat rate of $12.00.

 

Tracking Options

We aim to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

 

Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at adamandbabyaus@gmail.com.
